Ciara Taylor, Founder & CEO

Ciara Taylor is the Founder and CEO of Legacy Leadership Strategies, a leadership development and executive coaching firm dedicated to helping organizations strengthen leadership effectiveness, culture, and performance. With more than 20 years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational transformation, Ciara brings a strategic yet people-centered approach to developing leaders at all levels.

As a certified executive coach and seasoned Human Resources and Organizational Development leader, Ciara has led enterprise-wide learning and leadership initiatives for large, complex organizations serving 8,000–16,000+ employees. In senior leadership roles, she has coached executives and managers on leadership effectiveness, organizational alignment, communication, accountability, and change leadership. Her work includes designing leadership academies, manager coaching programs, competency-based leadership frameworks, and multi-year learning strategies that strengthened organizational capability at scale.

Ciara’s background spans enterprise learning strategy, executive coaching, professional development facilitation, and the design of blended learning systems aligned to strategic business priorities. Her expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and organizational development has been recognized by industry leaders including SHRM, Chief Learning Officer Magazine, and Brandon Hall. She holds a master’s degree in Instructional Design and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Legal Studies.
